Orders for in-stock items are normally dispatched on the working day following receipt of the order. For pre-order items delivery times do vary and we will confirm a timeframe once an order is placed.
What about shipping?
Standard delivery to all served US destinations is included at no extra cost. Orders will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days.
We want you to love your boots but we understand that occasionally things aren’t quite right or you may not be completely satisfied.
You can exchange or return any full price products within 180 days of receiving the product (for Sale items, please see below). All we ask is that they aren’t worn, and are in a re-sellable condition (please see exceptions below). To do so, please let us know you will be returning your item using our contact form. We will issue further instructions as soon as we receive your message.
In the event that you become aware, on receipt of any items, that they are not in a perfect condition, please get in touch with us as soon as possible using our contact form here.
Sale and Discounted items
You can exchange or return any Sale items within 30 days of receipt. All we ask is that they aren’t worn, and are in a re-sellable condition.

Please allow 7 working days for us to process your return and refund.
All our boots are standard fit. We are working on adding wide and slim fittings to our next collections.
Almost all our designs (except for the Catalina range) come true to size.
If you are between foot sizes, we recommend you go a size up.
